DDI Europe plays a key role as an IT hub providing IT services, innovation and technical governance to Doosan affiliates in EMEA region.
DDI Europe currently services about 100 application systems to more than 5,000 users in the U.K., Czech Republic, United Arab Emirates, Germany, Ireland, France, and Belgium. In addition, to meet the recent market trends, competitive factors, and needs of affiliates, we are keenly reviewing ways to enhance the core competitiveness of Doosan affiliates by applying innovative technologies ranging from Cloud services, IOT, Big data to AI, IT & OT convergence, etc.
In close cooperation with the HQ and other overseas entities such as DDI America, DDI China, DDI Europe offers standardized shared-IT services using global common systems and affiliate-specific services, such as network (GMPLS), united communications (AD, Exchange, Teams, Group Portal), information security, service desk and GHRIS and ERP.
Originally set up in the U.K. in 2014, DDI Europe opened a branch in Plzen, Czech for further service integration in the E.U.DDI Europe currently services about 100 application systems to more than 5,000 users in the U.K., Czech Republic, United Arab Emirates, Germany, Ireland, France, and Belgium.
