Doosan Digital Innovation (DDI) announced on July 3 that it has launched 'Peoply', a human resource management platform. Peoply is a platform that integrates and provides real-time data from all areas of personnel information, including recruitment, performance management, compensation planning, learning and succession management, and personnel administration.
Designed with a focus on employee experience to maintain a positive relationship between the company and employees, managers can make strategic decisions about human resources based on data analysis and evaluation. Additionally, blind recruitment services and multi-faceted diagnostic visualization services, developed directly by DDI using SAP's Business Technology Platform (BTP), are provided in SaaS (Software as a Service) form. In the future, DDI plans to optimize and provide detailed services of Peoply for each company.
A DDI official said, "Peoply, created based on the know-how accumulated while building Doosan Group's domestic and international human resource management systems and best practices of domestic companies, will be the optimal solution for companies considering personnel system renovation."
