Doosan Digital Innovation (CEO Justin Park, hereinafter 'DDI') announced that it will hold a webinar on June 20 under the theme "2023 HR Transformation! The Future of HR Through Doosan Group's Digital Employee Experience Case Study" to share HR digital innovation experiences and know-how with corporate human resource (HR) managers.

Employee Experience, chosen as the top priority for workforce management by 2023 HR leaders, refers to the overall experience of an individual employee's relationship with the company. The key is that a positive relationship should be maintained between the company and employees from pre-employment to post-retirement, as improving employee experience leads to customer satisfaction, which in turn affects the company's sales and profit growth.
