Doosan Digital Innovation (CEO Justin Park, hereinafter DDI) held a 'New Normal HR! CHRO Forum for Digital Employee Experience' for Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs) on the 3rd.

DDI invited about 50 executive-level HR and digital innovation officers from Korea to share various insights including digital HR transformation trends and customer cases.

The event began with a welcome speech by DDI President Justin Park, followed by an opening address by SAP APJ President Paul Marriott. The presentations included △'Digital HR Journey for New Employee Experience' by DDI Executive Director Lim In-young △'GC Green Cross's Future-oriented HR Innovation Case' by Kim Yong-un, Head of Talent Management at GC Green Cross △'Fit Transformation™ framework: "from strategy to success"' by Park Seung-yeol, Vice President of Kearney △'New Employee Experience Created with Generative AI Technology (Case Presentation)' by Park Se-jin, Head of Division at SAP Korea △'Sharing Seegene's G-HRIS Implementation Case' by Kim Do-yeon, Head of Talent Management at Seegene. The event concluded with closing remarks by Robert Oh, Doosan Group HoD and DDI Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Notably, the event also provided an opportunity to officially launch 'Peoply', an integrated human resource (HR) platform optimized for domestic companies based on excellent cases from various industries in Korea.
