Doosan Corporation is continuously winning system integration (SI) contracts from other companies. Typically, SI work is generally entrusted to a group's specialized SI affiliate due to its connection with sensitive information such as corporate personnel and finance. However, as more companies are looking to completely overhaul their human resource management systems after COVID-19, many are reaching out to Doosan Corporation, which has accumulated relevant know-how, wanting to adopt the cloud-based HR (Human Resource) management system that Doosan Group preemptively introduced.

Doosan Group adopted this solution about 10 years ago, becoming the first among domestic large corporations to integrate HR systems that were individually operated by about 20 domestic affiliates and overseas subsidiaries.
