Doosan helps middle schoolers think about their future careers by offering a three-step program—career exploration, hands-on experience and planning—during the free learning semester in middle school. The program also includes a field trip to Doosan Enerbility to have the students experience what it is like to work as an engineer during the construction process of an industrial plant.

Doosan Enerbility volunteers take children from low-income families to historical sites, ecological sites, social and science educational sites, and handicraft and gardening classes to help the children develop social skills and promote their healthy emotional development.

This provides preschoolers and children in nursery facilities with playtime involving reading aloud with picture books and book-play activities through light-picture storytelling. The activities are designed to promote the familiarity of children with books, develop their language skills and emotional intelligence, and improve their attention span.
