Doosan Yonkang Art Award

The award was established in 2010 in pursuit of the belief of the late Yonkang Too Pyung Park, the first Doosan chairman, who put a high priority on nurturing talents. The award is granted to young artists below age 40 who are setting new trends with their distinctive styles in the fine arts and performing arts.
Doosan Residency New York

Young emerging artists who work inside and outside Korea are provided with a studio and living space in New York’s Chelsea Art District for six months.
DAC Artist

Doosan identifies young and talented artists, and provides them with long-term support to help them continue with their creative works.
Doosan Art Lab

Doosan provides support to young artists below age 40 in various ways in support of their new experiments.
Doosan Curator Workshop

Doosan identifies and provides support to promising young curators who can contribute their fresh perspectives to Korea’s modern art world.
Doosan Humanities Theater

Doosan hosts plays, lectures, movie presentations and exhibitions on a topic that is changed once in the first half of every year. Scholars of various disciplines, including social science and the humanities, are invited to give presentations.
Doosan Art School

Doosan provides free lectures on modern art trends to the general public.
Doosan Youth Art School

Young people who are interested in arts and culture are provided with a chance to meet artists in person to talk about their interests and explore various career pathways.
Sharing Seats with Love

With an aim to provide more people with a chance to enjoy cultural activities, Doosan invites people who are relatively less exposed to cultural activities to Doosan Bears baseball games.
