On February 8, 2021, the Open Innovation Center (OIC), the most unique office space at Doosan Tower in Bundang, opened for occupancy.

OIC is Doosan Group's innovation space that converges People, Place, and Design Process to provide a new working experience and spur employees to think creatively and reach their full potential. It provides a variety of activity spaces and support programs to initiate customer-centered digitial innovation.

As the source of creativity and open communication, OIC serves as an incubator of innovative ideas in contrast to the rigid and formal atmosphere of conventional offices, while supporting all activities including employee learning and digital contents creation.
