An event is being prepared to share various insights including digital transformation trends and customer cases of Human Resources (HR) organizations.

Doosan Digital Innovation (DDI) announced on April 23 that it will hold a 'Forum for Establishing HR Strategy in the AI Era' for Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) of companies on April 24 at the Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul in Jung-gu, Seoul.

This forum will introduce digital transformation strategies for HR organizations and methods to improve fairness, work efficiency, and productivity of HR work incorporating AI technology through a total of four presentation sessions.

This year's forum will begin with a welcome speech by DDI President Justin Park, followed by HR digital transformation cases such as ▲DDI's HCM Business Journey and AI (DDI Executive Director Lim In-young) ▲Handok's HR Digital Transformation (Handok Managing Director Oh Pil-jong**)**.

Subsequently, through presentations on ▲2024 HR Meta Trends: The Year of AI (SAP Korea Managing Director Song Il-seok) ▲What Should HR Do in the AI Transition Era (Kookmin University Professor Kim Sung-joon), the forum will examine the impact of AI technology on overall business and ways to incorporate AI in the HR field.
